Join our community of Mother Nurture mums. Weekly space to share, support, listen and learn from one another. Come along to learn baby massage routines and baby yoga moves; sensory play; relaxation techniques and connect with your baby as well as other mums.
The sessions will begin with learning something new to add to your regular massage or yoga routine; learning holds and moves designed to support your baby’s physical development and being inspired by sensory play ideas to support your baby's sensory development.
When your baby is hopefully relaxed and sleepy after their massage and yoga, the session will finish with a sharing and gratitude circle aimed at promoting mindfulness, gratitude and relaxation to help you to parent positively with patience and love. We will even make you a cup of tea whilst you connect with each other.
Weekly drop-ins can be purchased in the form of class pass bundles that can be used whenever is convenient for you.
