Service Description
Babies from 6 weeks Join us on a weekly nature retreat. Carve out time to connect to nature and your baby. These immersive 90 minute sessions, situated in woodland, are designed to help you develop a mindfulness practice that will help to calm and ground you as a parent. These are not your traditional baby classes! Baby wearing is central to the class and little ones should be carried in slings, wraps or carriers. There is no age limit as all babies are different but the class is designed for babies to be carried throughout. These restorative classes promote mother and baby bonding and a connection with a focus on 'being' rather than 'doing'. Activities include: baby wearing forest bathing mindfulness, breathwork and grounding foraging for and making of nature mandalas herbal tea gratitude journaling time spent in circle with other new mums We witness the changing seasons and aim to enjoy all weathers so waterproofs and wellies will be essential! In the case of inclement weather, indoor space can sometimes be provided. We look forward to sharing this with you.
