Booking T & Cs

• Full payment is required before the start of your course class or workshop on booking.

• If a course session needs to be cancelled due to an instructor being unwell/venue unexpectedly unavailable your session will be added on to the end of the course.

• For outdoor sessions, classes can be cancelled with a full refund if cancelled by an instructor in the case of dangerous weather conditions, if indoor space is not available. Inclement weather that is not considered a risk e.g. rain is not a reason for cancellation. 

• Please be aware that due to limited spaces and a waiting list for sessions, refunds cannot be given should you miss a session but it may be possible for you to attend another like for like session at your convenience at Mother Nurture’s discretion.

• Full disclosure of all known and existing medical conditions and/or contraindications are required at time of booking. Any new conditions or contraindications that arise after completing this form must be communicated ASAP.

• Where possible, ensure that any child immunisations are completed at least 72hours prior to your booked baby massage session/workshop, as this is contraindicated for massage.  You may still attend but must not practise the massage strokes.
